Bilbao Exhibition Centre and the Quirónsalud hospital group have entered into a collaboration agreement aimed at providing remote and/or home medical assistance services to BEC’s customers. This agreement, signed by Joseba Vidorreta Gómez and Manuel Díaz de Corcuera Ruiz de Oña, representing the healthcare institution, and Xabier Basañez, the general manager of the Bilbao Exhibition Centre, underlines BEC’s commitment to customer care.
Bilbao Exhibition Centre therefore commits to provide its customers with information about the medical services offered by Quirónsalud. These include medical assistance at home or by remote means, when required, 24 hours a day, all the year round, and the option of being served bilingually in Spanish and English. What’s more, as specified in the collaboration agreement that will be in force for the next BIEMH-International Machine Tool Biennial and its parallel fairs, the response time, as a general rule, will not exceed one hour.
Quirónsalud aims to provide medical care to national and international travellers according to the highest standards of quality. The agreement is for one year and can be extended. For Bilbao Exhibition Centre, it will therefore be a key collaboration as it improves its commitment to the well-being and safety of its customers.
